Amy Hillyard Missing Update: Reward Now At $25,000 In Finding Oakland Cafe Business Owner A new reward of $25,000 was posted for finding missing Oakland Cafe Business Owner Amy Hillyard. It’s now four Wednesday’s ago that Amy Hillyard was last seen at 2 PM in her Oakland neighborhood. There have been no credible public leads. There is now a $25,000 REWARD being offered in hopes that someone, somewhere, has seen Amy and can provide Oakland Police with information that leads to her safe return (see contact information below). Amy was last seen on Wednesday, March 25, sometime after 2:00 pm in the vicinity of the 500 block of Radnor Road in Oakland, CA. Amy is 5’4”, approximately 120 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a white short-sleeved shirt, light-colored jeans, and white sneakers with black stripes. She is considered at risk due to a medical condition. As time passes, the family hopes that increasing the reward will encourage anyone who may have seen something, knows something, or has even the smallest piece of information to come forward. “We truly believe someone out there has information that can help bring Amy home,” said her husband, Chris Hillyard. “We hope this increased reward helps prompt that one call, that one tip, that gets some to come forward with information.” Anyone with information is urged to contact the Oakland Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at (510) 238-3641. The reward call also wrtes “Since Amy’s disappearance on March 25th, hundreds of volunteers, along with law enforcement, have worked tirelessly to search for answers; going door-to-door, reviewing footage, and combing through the parks and areas she loved. Despite these ongoing efforts, critical information remains missing.”. But it does not say what critical information is missing. Can anyone help here?

Note from Zennie62Media and ZennieReport.com : this video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”.

The uploaded video is from the Zennie62 YouTube channel. It is automatically uploaded to and formatted automatically at the nflnewsbyzennie62.com site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective here, on top of our is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours – is the use of the existing YouTube social graph on any subject in the World.

Now, news is reported with a smartphone and also by promoting current content on YouTube: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, or having a camera crew to shoot what is already on YouTube. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution.

We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this approach, the problem is far less, though by no means solved.

Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
