Zennie62Media Is Covering 2026 San Diego Comic Con Even If David Glanzer And Friends Forgot About Us
San Diego Comic Con 2026 is almost here and unofficially starts with preview night on July 22. But you and I and others know that San Diego Comic Con starts Tuesday, and before Wednesday’s official kick off day. So, I’ll be covering all of that remotely from Georgia. Even if it seems my friends at Comic Con International don’t care if I do or not. And that’s sad.
I wrote this email on March 28th:
Hello,
When a person is handling the job of caregiving for their parents, the last thing anyone expects is for his friends to shut him out. But that’s what I feel was done to me with respect to the folks I love. That’s you. guys. I signed up for credentials on the chance that Mom would be well enough for me to travel.
Over the last three years, that happened once – this year. But what I have done is try to be part of the experience via my San Diego Comic Con News website https://ift.tt/6xF4eHb. In other words, produce content using modern methods.
So now, when I go to my account, it reports “wrong password”, so when I hit “forgot password”, it did not send a return. Then I figured out later that I did not use the right email: zennie@zennie62.com. So, I will try again.
Do not give up on. me. I am dealing with doctors who do not have a clue here in Georgia. And in general a place I am not entirely comfortable with, but I’m here for Mom. I have three jobs: Mom, company, and me a distant third.
After I wrote that, my friend in the press office (who’s name I will not use) did send an email for me to apply for credentials, but the response mechanism was such that I did not get an email back with a new pass-code. In the small window of time I had to respond, I never got that corrected to be able to meet the deadline. But you would think someone who has covered SDCC since 2010 would not be presented with hoops to jump through.
But here we are and I have no idea why. San Diego Comic Con needs all of the exposure it can get and for a host of reasons too numerous to mention here. Foremost among them is there are people who want to see this event go on and I am one of them. You’d think they’d help an advocate, right?

Note from ZennieReport.com, Zennie62 YouTube, and Zennie62Media: this ZennieReport.com video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. This is what we call “The Third Wave of Media”. The uploaded video is from a vlogger with the Zennie62 on YouTube Partner Channel, then uploaded to and formatted automatically at the Zennie62Report.com Blog site and Zennie62Media -created and owned social media pages. The overall objective is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours. Now, news is reported with a smartphone: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, thus less chance for ZennieReport.com, Zennie62 YouTube vloggers to be robbed. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
